Saturday, June 6th, 2009 | 1 Comment

It took years and months of hard work and now it’s done. Lancia Delta integrale is back on track. Young mechanic was always dreaming about very fast car and after some years his dream has became true. As most Redlines reviewed cars this one doesn’t have leather seats or air conditioner, but it has one really good thing – FUN!
Driving this Lancia is really fun! I can say it’s not so easy, but it’s fun. Woopy 535 Hp pushing very light car body at straits is like a joke, but turning on a full throttle becomes real challenge! (more…)

Toyota Supra MK III is very famous and popular car even today. Third evolution of this Japan super car is very successful. It is cheep to buy, easy to tune and very fun to drive.
7MGTE engine is very strong and in good hands it will produce loads of power and will be durable enough to drive it every day. Perfect example is this black power plant. It has dyno approved 450 Hp and it is driving every day all year long. (more…)
507 HP+ Alfa Romeo 155 Q4

Italian cars are always mentioned with big respect. From DTM racing rings here comes legendary Alfa Romeo 155. Then another Italian legend Lancia Delta integrale was fighting on rally tracks Alfa was eating fast asphalt corners.
As we seek for serious performance we don’t deal with just Alfa 155 – we are interested in Alfa 155 Q4. Extra mark “Q4” means that this car has big balls and can easily kick your ass. 2 liter turbocharged engine and 4WD transmission were cloned from rally legend Lancia Delta integrale. Practically stock Q4 is not very fun, because car is quite heavy and engine pushes only ~190 HP. (more…)
320 HP+ VW Golf MKII Turbo

No this isn’t “YAVG” (Yet Another Volkswagen Golf). Why not? Maybe because of it’s huge exhaust muffler or “VRtec” sticker on driver door. From outside, this is almost stock Golf with bigger rims and low suspension. So why we should be interested in this peoples wagon?
Well if you’re interested only in exterior styling stop reading this article. VRtec says that he has chosen VW Golf because it’s cheep. Uuups, it was cheep – now it’s much more valuable. He’s not crazy VW fan, it is just question about money. He would like to own new and very expensive car, i think this will happen in future. (more…)
750 HP+ Lancia Delta HF Integrale EVO

Ferrari owners living in Sweden should be afraid of this carbon black Lancia. It’s supposed to be that car which costs many hundred thousands has the best look, performance and comfort. Then we talk about Ferrari it is almost true. Unfortunately there are some street cars which can compete and even “kill” Ferrari.
Lancia is a rally legend, but it never was so powerful and so fast. Jonas – the owner of this record braking Lancia spent some years developing it’s “baby”. The whole story was not so happy as it could look like today. Where was lots of bad days braking expensive parts and collecting unwritten car tuning experience. (more…)
Honda Parotech
Saturday, June 6th, 2009 | No Comments

The French tuner Patrice Parot developed this show car together with well-known company’s like TSW, Yokohama and Sony. The project was based on a Honda Accord wagon. Honda Parotech first was presented at Paris Motor Show 2001. After first debut it had long tour around the world.
After three years it’s still very impressive and futuristic. Lets take a closer look at this show machine. Then such projects are sponsored by commercial company’s they used to put everything the best that is on current production. In my opinion this case is exactly the same. At first look crazy size wheels make biggest impression. Patrice had some work fitting 19-inch wide TSW Zenon wheels with 235/35 ZR19 Yokohama AVS Sport tyres at front and 245/35 ZR19 at rear. 12 cm wider front and rear wheel arches make more aggressive look. Then slogan “FU#$K FUEL ECONOMY” sounds in your head you can ride 6.5 liter Chevy VAN, but if you what really powerful car I can show you what is real stuff. Porsche 928 produced in 1985 year is still very great car. Very strong power plant enables to push this car to the limit. (more…)
425 HP VW Corrado

Somewhere over the hill I can hear the dragon breathing. I don’t believe in dragons so it is clear for me that it is human’s creation breathing. Oh man this is a car! And it’s even not a Skyline … it’s Volkswagen! I can see VW Corrado profile, but there are only few original things left on this monster. (more…)
BMW 535 Turbo

It could be one of several stories about modified BMWs, but it’s different. Many people say that BMW is very beautiful car but it’s not borne for serious performance. From one point of view they are right, because the majority of BMW cars are good for spinning wheels and burning tires only. Cars like this one can radically change this opinion. (more…)
Honda CRX
Friday, June 6th, 2008 | No Comments

Orange Honda CRX from Poland isn’t Redline’s typical featured car. 4 cylinders 16 valves Japan engine produces only 131 Hp and 141 Nm of torque, but it look’s great. I’ve visited Poland many times and I can say that the owner of this CRX is poor man, because of polish roads … driving lowered car at higher speeds becomes extremely dangerous cause you can loose some chassis parts.
The best thing under the hood of this orange is custom exhaust manifold that was made in good shape. Manifold is made in 4-2-1 sequence and is connected to 2.5 inch exhaust. Completely free flow exhaust doesn’t block exhaust gases rushing from 1.6 liter D16A9 engine. High performance air filter became a must for a tuned car, so Jacky Auto Sport high flow filter sits like is was here. (more…)
